| Though I do not support legalizing abortion for incest or rape I agree to allow the woman the right to choose to have an abortion in the first trimester only or to keep it full term and give it for adoption. I also approve abortion in the event the woman's life, not health, is in danger. If her health were life threatening then that's to be considered 'life in danger.' | |||

| The past 20 years the Northern portion of District 14 (West Contra Costa Cities) has been grossly neglected by State Assembly and State Senate representation. The elected officials have focused mostly on Oakland, Berkeley and some on El Cerrito and Richmond. This is largely because of their Progressive Liberal politics. This has resulted in focusing policies and supporting of bills of special interest and their political campaign donors. | |||
| In District 14 we must return to the needs of the District. Our elected officials have neglected the expansion of BART from El Cerrito to Crockett, we need to expand BART and reduce Highway 80 congestion. We also must plan & secure more emergency room facilities in the West County portion of the District. The only one we have is the smaller unit at Kaiser Richmond. We have three major earthquake fault lines going through this region and various refineries. Potential catastrophic conditions exist and we must be prepared. |
